Gerard J. Woods
Founder & Principal Attorney
Gerard Woods founded the Elder Care Law Center after beginning his elder law practice in 1994. His transition into this specialty occurred when estate planning clients required assistance with legal and financial matters involving relatives dealing with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other illnesses.
For over 30 years, Gerard has served elderly clients across multiple legal domains — Medicaid planning, asset preservation, estate planning, guardianship proceedings, and estate administration — while maintaining a commitment to compassionate, personalized representation.
